"The listing says that you should bring your own supplies (sheets, toilet paper, soaps, etc) and they mean it, but if you're willing to put in that little bit of extra legwork, this is a great place. It really is in walking range of a lot of fun places, including the beach and a good restaurant/ice cream place, and you can part your car a street or two south and not have any problems with parking payments or reckless drivers.
