"The hotel itself is wonderful. Service was very good. Staff at the lounge and other restaurants were friendly and very professional. The food was far above expectations. Our only issue was that the room we booked was located on level -1(the basement). It was selected because it was advertised as a garden view with a balcony. "My family had a wonderful stay. Our room was very clean and spacious, breakfast was lovely. Staff extremely friendly. Only thing I would say is the showers in female changing rooms in the swimming pool should have shower gel in the containers in the cubicles "
