"The location was perfect for needed to be the checking process was okay. Sent a message to the host regarding early check in no reply. Called with challenges getting into the lock box no answer or call back. Sent another message regarding some pre damage in the shower, no response. The property was perfect everything we needed was in the location however the host was not the best. We would rent again but would like better communication from the host. This was my 1st time booking through Virbo"
