"We had a very comfortable two night stay in coach house adjacent to The George. We had an excellent dinner & breakfast . Friendly hosts comfortable room . "

"Property looks run down from the outside but the room itself was lovely, really spacious and the bed was comfy. Could possibly do with newer windows as the road was a little noisy although ear plugs were provided. Would definitely stay again "

"The room was very private and quiet. It had everything you needed and I received a friendly reception. It was also exceptionally clean. The one issue was that I could not get a consistently comfortable temperature from the shower. There is also a pub across street."

"Small car park big enough for 2 cars there's a back road you can park on. But there was a confusion on the room booked but got there in the end. Room up a flight of stairs All information is given when in the room. Room of good size has a sloping roof as an attic room. Bathroom is a good size The bed was comfy enough, the only thing was the duvet wasn't long enough so my feet stuck out. I'm only 5'11! Shower was very hot, took some twisting to get any cold though. "Can't review hotel as never actually stayed there as they relocated us to another hotel saying it would meet our booking which was family room for 2 and breakfast, what we got was a single room with double bed and no breakfast, so spent weekend sleeping with my 40year old daughter with no breakfast not what was planned. They did refund £20 which was used for taxis because it was so far from where we needed to be."

"It had everything we needed. Bed was comfy. Bedding and towels were clean. There was a shelf unit that was about to collapse and the blinds were knackered and discoloured. The shower was very warm and powerful. Instructions and how to enter the building was emailed to me. But I didn't realise and was expecting a message via WhatsApp or text etc. Tried to call the number on the door and also the other number I had, but couldn't get a reply. "My recent stay at this hotel at Leonardo Hinckly exceeded all expectations. I booked 4 rooms with 5 kids and 7 adults for Oct half term. From the moment I stepped into the elegant lobby, I was greeted by the most attentive and professional staff. The front desk team, particularly during check-in, demonstrated exceptional hospitality with their warm smiles and efficient service. Special shout out for Annmarie & Lizzie manager!! The housekeeping staff deserves special recognition for maintaining impeccable cleanliness throughout the property. Our room was spotless, with crisp, fresh linens, gleaming surfaces, and meticulously cleaned bathroom fixtures. The attention to detail was remarkable – from the perfectly arranged toiletries to the streak-free mirrors and windows.
