"Great cottage in really good condition. We had 5 adults staying for 3 days. Would book again. Only down side was parking for just one car."

"Fabulous home very well decorated and i especially like the fact it is carpeted as so many Holiday stays are to cold feeling with no carpet in most rooms . Lovely clean and spacious My only negative comment would be that the Mattress in the main bedroom has really seen better days pans is way to soft which has caused back ache Location is spot on a shame you can’t use te garden behind as dogs needed to go out every morning and night on to Green"

"Apartment was very comfortable, spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Clear instructions for checking in, keys, parking space and for all the appliances and heating. Location was near to town centre but on a fairly quiet road. Very close to bus station which was particularly good for us if you like to hop on a bus and go somewhere different each day. "Lack of linens and towels was my only issue. I flew in and had to arrange those items locally, at some considerable inconvenience. Also, there was barely enough toilet paper and paper towels, and the hand soap in the bathroom was empty. Besides that it was an overall excellent stay. "

"The propeety was spacious and well equipped with quality fittings and furnishing The kitchen had everything you needed . The access to the countryside was fantastic with a public footpath leasing to local pub/ restaurant just a stones throw away . Will stay here again without hesitation !! "

Although the property is on the second floor, this allows a vantage point to people watch, and see the town wake up, or the Sunday market setting up! "Wonderful flat - much more roomy than it appears in the photos, and a very clever use of space. Clean and modern, with plenty of seating, TVs with all the usual apps loaded. Location is amazing - lovely to look out and watch the world go by along Cromer High Street, and just a minute or so from the coast and the iconic pier and beach."
