This 500 square metre property is very spacious and modern and is situated on a quiet road. It comprises of 3 bedrooms with 2 ensuites and a large bathroom with twin basins, bath and shower. There is also a double parking area on the premises. There are 2 reception rooms that can also be used as work space. A large fully euqipped kitchen including microwave and washing machine. Dogs are also welcome. There is a train station within 5 minutes of walking distance with links to Liverpool, Manchester, Manchester Airport and beyond. A 3 minute car drive to Orrell interchange junction 26 M6 and M58. A 2 minute walk to St James Social Club, 5 minutes walk to Copper Tap Pub, the Running Horses Pub, Old Wine Bar and Pizzeria. There are 2 convenience stores a Deli and Chinese takeaway. A 10 mins walk to Orrell Water Park, a beauty spot, which is ideal for dog walks and fishing. 15 mins drive to DW stadium.

We had a good stay. Ideal for us visiting family and thoughtful touches for people with dogs eg, food/water bowls, dog towel and throws for the sofa.
