"Old beauty (1911) with gorgeous floor plan in a very good area near Zurich (enjoyable trip on a boat to Zurich center, about 20 min, boat station is 10min away). A lake view from the “garden” room (glass surrounded room outside the mainframe of the house) is breathtaking! This might increase your car rental price by 30CHF if you're renting from Switzerland (and declare that you're crossing the border). Villa is in (european) walking distance from an Aldi, however, please remember that stores are closed on Sundays.
