"It was clean, but very worn. Staff was ok. No TV in the room. Very far from Krakow, in the middle of nowhere. Overall not very pleasent."

"The staff member at the front desk failed to tell us that key cards are needed to use the room lights. The phone in the room wasn’t working so we had to walk to the front desk for these instructions. Wifi pass code was incorrect on the room card holder but staff member also forgot to mention that.. so had to walk back to front desk for this. "

"Just used as an early flight from Krakow airport. Room was fine, comfortable. Didn't use breakfast facility. I'd be more inclined to use a central Krakow hotel and get an Uber to the airport in future to maximise the great experience in the city.6"

"Great location, good communication for remote access. Mattresses were thin and hard, so if you like a firmer place to sleep, then this is your location. I would not oppose returning here. "
