"We had a great time in Krakow! The bed was incredibly comfy, and the receptionist we met at check-in was lovely and very helpful. The room was immaculately clean, and on Valentine’s Day, we even found chocolates left for us, which was a really nice touch. That said, there were a couple of downsides. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and while we knew the hotel had steps, being on the top floor made them quite a workout. I had injured my knee before the trip, which made them even more...
