Spend your relaxing Baltic Sea vacation in our beautiful and lovingly furnished semi-detached house with its own garden and sunny terrace with southern exposure and evening sun.
The house has a very high quality overall equipment. Fully equipped Nolte kitchen, leather couch, flat screen TV, DVDs, CDs, espresso machine, microwave, work station, fly screen, 1.80 x 2m double bed with high quality mattresses and two single beds each 90 x 200 cm. A sauna is available in the expanded attic. Use of the sauna is for a fee i. H. V. 8 euros (insert 4 x two-coin coins at the coin-operated machine) possible, the duration after inserting the coin is 210 minutes. The sauna is available as a dry sauna - due to the structural conditions, infusions are not permitted.
You have an unlimited and fast landline internet connection via WLAN / wifi.
Regardless of whether you start cycling tours here, go swimming at the local Bodden beach or just want to relax. You are right here! From April to October there is a very nice organic market in the village, which takes place every Wednesday and Saturday. Here you can buy fresh organic fruit, milk, cheese specialties, meat, sausages and much more. A bakery in town offers fresh bread, bread and more seven days a week. The nearest supermarket can be found by bike or car in the neighboring town of Born (Edeka & Aldi - next to each other) as well as a petrol station and a Prolz department store.
The house is child-friendly, animal-free and an absolute one! Non smoking house. Parties do not tolerate our house or the neighbors.
Arrival is from 4:30 p.m. and departure is possible until 10:00 a.m. A one-off amount of EUR 60 is charged for the final cleaning. A laundry package can be booked and must be paid on site (bed linen & two towels plus Sauna towel) per person with 15, - EUR to the caretaker.
Our guests should feel comfortable here. You have a sauna and a well-kept garden at your disposal. WiFi, flat screen TV and a very high quality equipment complete the overall concept.
Wieck is located on the shores of Bodstedter Bodden on the Darß peninsula. The Baltic Sea beach is only a few kilometers away. The image of the former fishing village is characterized by numerous thatched houses. The uniqueness and tranquility of the lagoon landscape can be enjoyed in Wieck. The Darßer Wald, part of the national park, borders directly on the town and invites you to go for walks, extensive bike tours and nature observations. The small harbor naturally fits into the landscape. The National Park and Guest Center "Darßer Arche" is located in the old school of Wieck, supplemented by a generous extension. It is home to the national park exhibition »Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft«. The visitor's tax must also be paid here, which must be paid for their stay. Depending on the season, this amounts to 2 or 1 euro per day and person. Children under 6 years are exempt.
ATTENTION: Arrivals and departures between June 23, 2019 and September 15, 2019 are only possible on Sundays. The minimum rental period here is 7 days.

The rent includes electricity, gas and water consumption.
A one-off amount of EUR 60 is charged for the final cleaning. The cost of the laundry package (bed linen and towels) is EUR 15 per person. The laundry packages can optionally be booked with the property manager (Ms. Schlegel) before arrival.
The costs for final cleaning and laundry packages are paid directly to the property manager (Ms. Schlegel).
due diligence
The tenant must treat the rental premises and furnishings with care. The tenant must compensate for damage caused culpably.
The tenant is obliged to check the completeness and suitability for use of the premises and to make complaints to the landlord immediately. The lessee must also report any damage occurring during the rental period immediately. If the tenant does not meet these obligations, he is not entitled to a rent reduction due to these objectionable points.
HOUSE RULE
The tenant and fellow travelers are obliged to adhere to the house rules. This is also in the house. Please note any changes to the house rules upon arrival and read them carefully again.
• Do not smoke in the house!
• Please respect the privacy of the neighborhood and keep the noise level as low as possible from 10 p.m..
• Getting there
Arrival is from 4:30 p.m. Please inform Ms. Schlegel, who looks after the property, in good time of your approximate arrival time.
The apartment key is handed over directly on arrival by Ms. Schlegel, or by picking up the key from the key safe. This is located on the side wall of the shed in the rear part of the property. The 4-digit code is transmitted by Ms. Schlegel before arrival.
• Maximum number of people
Please note that the house can only be occupied by a maximum of 4 people. The maximum number of people also includes children and toddlers. Any changes must be confirmed in writing by the landlord beforehand. Pets are not allowed.
• sauna
Use of the sauna by the tenant is at your own risk. Please note the sauna regulations that are available in the sauna area. Use of the sauna is for a fee i. H. V. EUR 8.00 (4 x 2 EUR at the coin machine) possible, the runtime after inserting the coin is 200 minutes. The sauna is available to the tenants as a dry sauna - due to the structural conditions, infusions are not permitted. You can get sauna towels as part of the laundry package from Ms. Schlegel's property manager.
• Waste
Please separate the waste and dispose of it in the containers provided. The paper and residual waste bin are located behind the shed. Please collect waste with the green dot in the yellow sack (located under the sink) and place it next to the garbage cans behind the shed upon departure. Glass waste can be disposed of in the appropriate containers next to the day care center on Müggenberg (near Darßer Arche)
• Theft Prevention
Please make sure to close all windows and doors when leaving the holiday home.
• damage
If you have caused damage, please report this without being asked.
On request, you will receive a confirmation / invoice from us for the repair of the damage with the corresponding amount for your insurance.
• departure
Regardless of the final cleaning, the tenant does a basic cleaning before departure. H. The premises must be left swept clean on departure. The used dishes are rinsed and put away, the grill cleaned, the beds removed and the garbage disposed of accordingly.
We kindly ask you to vacate the house by 10 a.m. so that it can be prepared for the next guest. Please inform the property manager (Ms. Schlegel) in good time of your departure so that she can carry out the final handover.
key
Access to the house is with a key. It will be a key
to hand over. If the key is lost, EUR 50 will be charged.
Tourist tax
The tenant is obliged to pay the local tourist tax independently and for all tenants. Payment is possible on site at the Wieck spa administration in the Darßer Arche, Bliesenrader Weg 2.
liability
Claims for damages are excluded regardless of the type of breach of duty, unless there is willful or grossly negligent action. This also applies to tortious acts.
If essential contractual obligations are violated, the lessor is liable for any negligence, but only up to the amount of the foreseeable damage. Insofar as liability is excluded or limited, this also applies to organs, employees and employees as well as for representatives and vicarious agents.
Severability clause
Should individual provisions of this contract be or become ineffective in whole or in part, or should there be a gap in the contract, this should not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Instead of the ineffective provision or to fill in the gap, an appropriate regulation should take place, which, as far as legally possible, comes closest to what the contracting parties wanted or would have wanted according to the meaning and purpose of this contract if they had considered the point.
