"Diese Unterkunft hatten wir gebucht. Da ein Handwerker nicht kam wurden wir in einer anderen Ferienwohnung der Verrmieterin untergebracht. Wir hatten schmutzige Geschirrtücher, es war nicht gesaugt/gefegt, auf dem Nachttisch konnte man im Staub malen. "Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Hatten die Unterkunft als Übernachtung nach einem Musical gebucht. Die Wohnung war, wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Bäckerei ist fussläufig zu erreichen. "The apt itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as expected. We had a great visit. I did have some ??s when checking in. I didnt expect to have to haul luggage up multiple flights of stairs. No elevator is available and posting didnt note the floor level. The apt numbers are not in order as you climb the stairs which was a minor point of confusion as we climbed. "Sehr saubere und moderne Wohnung, die gut geschnitten ist und viel Platz bietet. Für den Aufenthalt in Ulm perfekt,. Die Zentrale Lage ist praktisch für Unternehmungen in und um Ulm herum. Leider war es Freitag und Samstag Nacht sehr turbulent in der Stadt, was für uns als älteres Semester schwierig war. Das tut aber der Top-Qualität der Wohnung und der Freundlichkeit des Gastgebers keinen Abbruch! Gerne wieder!"

"Von der Straße gesehen war die Wohnung einst ein Geschäft gewesen. Aber die Lage ist still, die Fenster nahezu blickdicht, zusätzlich dicke Vorhänge. Waschmaschine war vorhanden (leider kein Trockner, nur Wäscheständer), die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung bot viel Platz - drei Schlafzimmer zu je zwei Betten plus zwei weitere Betten im Wohnzimmer. Leider waren die Matratzen zu dünn und durchgelegen und auch die Bettdecken zu dünn. "Lola, Pedro and all of staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The decor is unique. Everything is provided including a self serve coffee machine. The location is good because it is an easy walk to Neu-Ulm railway station and not too far to walk to the old part of town. The area is very quiet. A great place. "
