"Definitely a hideaway in the woods-roads may be dangerous after a heavy rain or sleet or snow-one lane road up n down a couple of steep hills w/some potholes(could use some road repair in couple of places getting to cabin! Cabin was great, although I am use to being able to see sunrises n sets/here there are so many gorgeous pines n other trees that it’s hard to see very far! We very much enjoyed our stay, tho!"

"This was a beautiful cabin nestled right next to Mountain Fork Park! We were secluded in a cabin look and feel home. Yet, we were not too far away from things to do in town. Hot tub works well! Laundry machines on site. Shelving, fans, and living room tables had thick accumulations of dust. But we don’t care about those things. Everything else was clean and ready for us to enter and start our vacation. Pruett’s grocery store is beautiful and isn’t far from the house. There were deer and beaver...

"The house is absolutely gorgeous, with everything you need for a quiet and cozy stay. The two fireplaces filled our stay with warmth, and the hot tub was the perfect place to watch Hallmark Christmas movies. Close to everything, we were never more than a 5 minute drive to restaurants, shops and the state park entrances. The only downside, as mentioned in some of the other reviews, is its proximity to the dirt road. If you are looking for a "lost in the woods" isolation, this is not the place...
