The Clachan is conveniently situated at the entrance to Wick, making it an ideal choice for guests travelling by public transport. A bus stop is located directly opposite the property, and the train station is just a 15-minute walk away. The property is in a well-lit area, with surrounding streetlights providing additional security and peace of mind at night.
The private driveway at the front of the property can accommodate two small vehicles. For larger vehicles or additional cars, free parking is available at the retail park directly across the road. We kindly ask guests to avoid parking on the street or blocking neighbouring driveways to respect the local community.

When travelling to The Clachan, we highly recommend researching your public transport routes or ensuring that guests have access to a car.
Unfortunately, Wick does not have access to apps such as Lyft or Uber, and our only modes of public transport are Bus (Stagecoach), Train (Scotrail), and the occasional private hire Taxi company.
