The house was so comfy cozy. We are from AR & stayed here for our grandson’s 2nd Bday. The host was friendly & answered any/all of my questions. We had a great time, everything you need. Would definitely stay again when in KS!

We had a really nice stay. We booked last minute after another place canceled on us and they were responded and were ready within an hour. Had everything we needed, and the couch and beds were comfortable. Quiet neighborhood in a cul-de-sac and had driveway guest parking. Would recommend.

Perfect Property
We were in town for a weekend volleyball tournament and wanted more space than your typical hotel stay. Everyone had their own room to relax and recharge. Beds were comfortable, everything was CLEAN. It was nice to sit on the front porch and drink my coffee in the mornings before a busy day. It wasn’t fancy, but much better than a hotel. We will keep this property on our radar for next years tournament!

The place was roomy and clean in a quiet neighborhood. Communication was minimal. Would have liked to have tea, a few more mugs, and grounded outlets. Overall a nice place at a good rate.

Wonderful home in a quiet neighborhood!
This cute 3 bedroom sits in a quiet neighborhood close to everything we needed. It was clean (walls need a good cleaning in the bedrooms and fresh paint though), smoke free, and had all the things we needed to feel like home including wifi, coffee, comy beds and all the streaming apps your family could need. We went to KS for a family event and had a nice place to stay that felt like home. The owner was very nice and very responsive to any questions we had. Of course the best part is the price!

Communication was awesome!! Walls were dirty, broken window and screen,also cracked wall where faucet comes out into bathtub.. There was no propane so we were unable to grill. The bottom of the faucet ring pulls down to start shower. All together though the house was cute and in a quiet neighborhood and the price was great!! I would stay again if in Wichita

Simple and clean
This isn't the fanciest Vrbo that I have stayed at. But, it checked all the boxes that I needed for a quick one night stay in Wichita. Clean and comfortable beds. (They are quite firm, which I like.) Pleasant gathering space and a functional kitchen. The main cons are that there are no grounded outlets in the bedrooms. And, the kitchen is does not have very many pots and pans and utensils for big cooking. But, since we were just staying the night and not eating on site, it was perfect for our needs. Communication with the owners are quick and easy. Definitely better than having 4 adults cramped into one hotel room!

This little house was clean and perfect for my family, while visiting the area, however there are a lot of things in the house where it is clear, repairs were done by someone who has no clue what they are doing. I also recived a reaponce, from the host, over a day later.

Exactly What We Needed
In short, the house was clean, comfortable, and perfect size on a budget. My wife, 1 year old, and myself stayed here over a weekend. The house was exactly what they stated online. It for sure was cozy and had the room we needed for the short stay, and the price was great. We read some reviews that the location was bad, but if you know Wichita it's pretty standard. It's not a luxury neighborhood but it was just fine. The reviews about parking is correct. There are a lot of cars parked on the street, but having a driveway made this a non issue. The reviews about the yard being overgrown is true, but I still played with our child in both the back and front yard and found it a non-issue. Beds being clean and comfortable is a must for me, and this house delivered on that. This is not a negative remark on the house but it is an older house, and older houses have older smells. Nice place. Pretty clean but vent in hallway was very dirty and spiderwebs in the corners of the living room. Possible vent fan in bathroom as well. Also the the shrubs/trees blocked a portion of the stairs making carrying bags a bit hard. We were in town for a family emergency and the place was clean and easy to access owner was pleasant to deal with
