I wish I had just called the hotel directly to reserve the rooms. The host forgot to request adjoining rooms when making the reservation. I ended up going to the hotel directly. I got two rooms across the hall from each other, and it worked out okay, but I booked through this host because they promised adjoining rooms. They did give me a refund, and if that had been it, I'd have been happy. However, the hotel kept calling me telling me that they had not been paid for one of the rooms. I paid this host in full 21 days prior to the stay. Any payment issues needed to be dealt with through them, not me. I did not appreciate being bothered by the hotel because this host didn't pay the hotel. The rooms were fine, the breakfast was horrible, but the staff was very accommodating. I would stay at the hotel again, but I would not book through this host.
