Wichita Falls Trip
The layout of the home was good for our group. AC worked great ! There was supposed to be a community pool which we never found. Great view of the lake. Only issue was the bugs. They were not mosquitos, but there were 1000's of them to the point we could not sit on the patio.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed. The only keyed door that worked was to enter the house through the back patio, which is infested with mosquitos. No mosquito or insect service had been done. The patio table and chairs were worn and unstable. We were not willing to sit in a chair to see it break. The listing is NOT accurate on what is provided. No shampoo or soap for the shower. Utensils, dishes, dishwasher (sign said broken), toaster, or the queen bed in the living room was missing. When I reported the missing bed, host said it’s supposed to be a blow up mattress. Listing says queen bed, NOT a blow up air mattress!

Upon entering the property there was a terrible smell that was an attempt to cover up years of smoking. It was so strong that we couldn’t stay and had to leave for a hotel. There were cobwebs throughout the house. The host/property manager will not return phone calls or texts. This property should be removed from vrbo.

Perfect for our needs
Lakefront Guest house was exactly what we needed for the family wedding weekend that we attended in Windthorst, TX. We were very limited in our choices of rentals since we had two dogs, a cat and 5 adults (3 young adults kids). Kazi was kind enough to allow our three furry family members to stay with us. The layout of the house was perfect with three bedroom and three full bathrooms. The only tiny issue we had was I am very short (5'11 3/4") and I was unable to see in the bathroom mirrors... BUT.. the dining room had an entire wall of mirrors with electrical outlets... More than one!!! This turned out to be the perfect place for three ladies to put on makeup and do hair (all 3 ladies are 5' 3" or under). The house was clean and all the bedrooms were very good size. Although we did not get to meet Kazi she was very responsive. Great communication and very quick to reply. We really enjoyed our weekend and would stay at Lakefront Guest House again if we are ever back in the area. Thank you Kazi!
