Homey & Pleasant Staff
We spent our family Thanksgiving here and had a pleasant happy stay. Bren & Barb handled everything professionally and quickly! We were able to check in sooner, and welcome by fresh cookies, wine and a charcuterie board! Views are great, and the game room was perfect to entertain all ages with ping pong, spa and board games!

Absolutely terrific! Can’t say enough good things about our wonderful hostess. She was so friendly, helpful and hospitable. From the moment we got there till the moment we left she made sure we were comfortable. Wine, a fabulous charcuterie board and chocolate chip cookies awaited us when we arrived.to this beautiful house. We swam, played foosball and pool and throughly enjoyed all of the terrific amenities provided. I could go on and on. Highly recommend the Lake House and if we are ever in those parts again we would definitely love to stay there again.Thabks again Bren! 🙂

The Best Lakehouse Stay Ever!
We arrived late at night after a long drive. They had the hot tub ready to go! We walked into the house to find wine & glasses on the counter along with fresh baked cookies and a charcuterie board waiting in the refrigerator. Everything was great and the owners quickly replied to any questions. There was something for everyone to do and they’re looking for more to add. We would definitely stay here again. Absolutely the best Lakehouse Stay Ever!

Amazing Experience
We've never felt so at home so far from home. Amazing experience overall and perfect space to host our family for a very special gathering. With having 9 kids under one roof it was so nice to have a pool, pool table, spa whirlpool, Foosbal....just an amazing set up for keep everyone busy and having fun! Thank you beyond words for your hospitality and welcoming us to your beautiful home.

Both the property and the host, Bren, were AMAZING!! Home has everything you'll need and then the atrium was over-the-top, from the incredibly large hot tub to the pool table (and we didn't even use the sauna and other game tables). The new outdoor pool looked amazing even though it was too cold to use in December. Bren was an incredible host during our stay even going above and beyond to help celebrate a birthday. Cannot recommend this place enough. You won't be disappointed!

Perfect…
Two families stayed on this property with pre-teens, teens, and adults. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, was well stocked, spacious and SUPER clean. The atrium area and hot tub was spectacular and kept the kids entertained. Bren was super accommodating. Highly recommended!

Exceeded Expectations
Pictures do not do this place justice. Beautiful place. The host was amazing to work with and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The atrium was an amazing place to relax and hang out. The atrium had an in ground hot tub that will easily seat 10 people. It also has a pool table, a foosball table, a sauna, multiple high top tables and 3 doors that open to the back yard. When the lake level is back to normal, the lake will come right us to the back yard and make for a perfect place to relax, fish or just enjoy the surroundings. We will definitely stay here again when in the Wichita Falls area!

Fantastic stay with great hosts
The property was awesome, inside and out. Our dogs loved the huge yard. The hot tube was also a huge plus! Clean, comfy and a great stay in every way. Hugely recommend.

Beautiful lake house
The owners of the home went above and beyond to make our stay at this lakehouse very welcoming, enjoyable, entertaining and pleasant. The home had 2 pools we enjoyed indoor and outdoor. Kitchens were fully stocked with all the essentials that we needed. The home was gorgeous, clean and spacious. We loved it so mush we will definitely revisit at our next family getaway. Thanks Bren.
