It takes a lot for me to rate a property 5 stars but they gave me no reasons at all not to! Staff was friendly at check in/out. Even sweeter in the morning when I needed assistance zipping up my funeral dress. Breakfast bar was hot & fresh. There were plenty of options near by for food or grocery shopping. It was late so I popped in Market Street right next door and just grabbed some snacks. I highly recommend this location

Checked in and dirty washcloth was hanging over shower rod.Housekeeping never did room in 3 days. Had to go get clean towels at front desk every day. They didnt care room wasnt cleaned Breakfast was a joke. White bread and one bite muffins.

The property is quiet and has the best powerful but quiet air conditioning I've ever encountered. The free breakfast was simple but great.The coffee was good! That's a real big plus! The hotel was clean and smelled clean too. The elevator was a bit slow but stairs were available.

The hotel was very reasonably priced, clean and comfortable and had a decent breakfast. The toilet valve was stuck and did not refill the toilet tank without me taking the tank lid off and messing with the valve to flush the second time. It needs to be replaced. The shower head was adjustable and had been adjusted to a fully closed position so that when I went to take a shower, after midnight, and pulled the tub fill down to send the water through the shower head it totally shut off the water flow. I realized the issue and adjusted the shower head to a typical flow and all was well. However, a fair share of guests would have had to call the front desk and either change rooms or have someone come look at the problem. The bed was OK on the comfort rating but the pillows, like six on a king size bed, were all the very full, firm type, and were unusually short, not a standard pillow length. That type of pillow does not agree with my neck because it kicks my head up too much and bends my neck and a pillow that full between my knees is not comfortable as well. Have standard size pillows of varying firmness is a far better way for guests to find a pillow that suits their needs the best.

We tried to go swimming and there was water on ground everywhere when getting off elevator. Then when we went into swimming pool, which is small, there were 5 kids in there screaming and splashing with no adult around. We did not stay but 5 mins. The breakfast was wonderful.
