"Historic, over 100 years old, and former high school, this is an interesting stay that takes you back to that prior generations' feeling. The positives were a comfortable bed, clean, good breakfast, and the sole negative was it was cold on the interior (cold outside) with no available blanket and no ability to increase heat in the room."

Ed, the innkeeper, collaborated with me in setting this up. He even purchased them locally baked pastries as a "birthday/anniversary" local fare gift. Wonderful experience, they said they want to visit Bryson City again, I know where they will be staying :)"

We arrived in the evening, after check-in time, so they left an envelope at the door with all the information to access our room. Everything was perfect and breakfast on both Saturday and Sunday mornings was amazing. We loved it."
