Shell Cottage is perfect for a seaside getaway with the beach just a gentle few minutes stroll past the town with an array of boutiques, delicious restaurants, coffee shops and art galleries. The cottage has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom upstairs as well as an open plan living/dining/kitchen area downstairs lading to the downstairs bathroom with shower over bath and washing machine. The dining area opens to a beach themed garden with decking and outside eating area.
You check in using a key box code. I am however local to the area, so if you need anything or have any questions, I am only a phone call away and a short drive!
The town centre with local shops, the working historic harbour with its market, and the stony beach, dotted with colourful beach huts along Tankerton Slopes is all within easy reach on foot.
The beach and sailing club is a 10 minute walk past the Harbour selling delicious fresh seafood. The unique boutiques, cafes and restaurants are aplenty so you can enjoy an evening out eating locally sourced food.
You have access to all areas in the property.
Walk through the front door and sink into an armchair in front of a cosy log burner or enjoy a board game on the dining room table whilst the dinner is cooking in the galley kitchen to dine alfresco in the pebbled garden. The kitchen has all you need to cook with an electric oven, gas hob, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and even a Nespresso coffee machine to make mornings that little bit better! The downstairs bathroom has a wash basin, WC and a large bath to really sink into.
Upstairs you will find a double bedroom to the rear and twin bedroom to the front, both with a vintage chest of drawers and clothes hangers.
For the children there is a travel cot, high chair, a stair gate, books, toys & games.
Shell Cottage is next door to The Roost which is convenient for 8 guests to stay in two properties.
