The space
Come and stay in our newly renovated 3 bedroom house in the heart of Whitstable’s Conservation area.
It is a perfect location for couples, family & friends to enjoy all that Whitstable has to offer within easy walking distance.
Upon entry you are greeted with a bright, light hallway which stretches out ahead of you into the dining room.
To the right you will find the lounge which contains a Smart TV, enough comfortable seating for all guests, a stunning bay window plus a log-burnerfor cosy nights after a winters walk.
Continuing on down the hall there is a downstairs toilet tucked on your right. A few steps further along the hall into the dining room which has a beautiful wooden dining table, benches and chairs, Smart TV, Wi-Fi router, and carefully selected decor, a theme we have continued throughout the house.
From here you step into our brand new kitchen, complete with Smeg oven, high spec appliances, fridge, freezer and wine cooler.
Upstairs there are three light, airy bedrooms for all of which we have carefully selected high quality mattresses for all of the beds.
In the main bedroom we have chosen a king sized bed with bedside tables and lamps, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, mirror and some tasteful decorative accessories.
The second bedroom also comes with a king sized bed, wardrobe, lamps, mirror and small dressing unit. Finally, the third bedroom we have made into a twin room with two single beds each with their own lamp. We have tried to maximize the use of space & provide comfort here in our cottage and we hope the rooms have everything you need.
The main bathroom is upstairs and contains a luxury roll-top bath, basin with vanity unit, mirror, shower and a toilet.
Outside the property we have included some high quality outdoor dining furniture on the newly created patio area with a bespoke planter containing an olive tree and other well groomed plants. With the addition of garden lighting & solar lights this also provides a lovely space to wine & dine in the evening.
The private parking spaces for this property are directly behind the rear fence.

The parking spaces for this property are behind the property, but you must first access the property from the front.
