Beautiful dog walks from the house. Whitstable has lots of great seafood and fish restaurants within easy walking distance along with lovely independents shops in Harbour street. Visit the harbour too.

Christmas Stay at The Ness in Whitstable.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The Ness is in an excellent location in the heart of Whitstable and right on the sea front The property is ideal for a getaway any time of the year and is dog friendly. There were six of us staying at The Ness with two of us staying in the bedroom on the second floor. However, this bedroom is not suitable for everyone as the stairs leading up to the second floor are very steep. On Christmas Day we woke up to find that we had no hot water or central heating so we had to contact the host who got this sorted out for us. However, even after this was sorted the water pressure could still be a bit hit or miss! The other issue for us is that there is only one bathroom with a shower but there is a downstairs toilet. The other issue for us was that after we unloaded the car outside the property we then had to park about a 10 minute walk away.The host (Mirelle) was very accommodating and allowed us to have slightly earlier check-in and check-out times
