Offering 700sq.ft. of living space, with 1 bedroom with a king size bed, 4-piece bathroom, living room, galley kitchen with a full size refrigerator, microwave, sink, dishwasher and fully equipped with everything you need. 4-wheel drive is mandatory during the winter months and recommended year round.

HOUSE RULES:
-You will be required to submit a copy of your ID (front and back) upon confirmation of your booking. The ID has to match the name on the reservation.
-Parking Rules: Parking in Garage is not Permitted. Guest Parking in Driveway Only. 4-Wheel Drive is Mandatory during Winter Months.
-Check-in time: 4:00PM. Check-out time: 10:00AM
-Early check-in/late checkout may be granted depending on availability with an additional cost.
