"We stayed at the Whitestone cottage for an extended weekend and it was amazing. We had a large group of 14 guys and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The kitchen is a chefs kitchen, it’s got everything you need and more along with a dining room table that can probably fit 20 people without any issues. There is so much to do at this property both outdoor and indoor if the weather isn’t cooperating. I’ll have to find another excuse to make my way back to the cottage....

"The cabin was perfect for us and our dog. It is clean with plenty of space and a well-stocked kitchen. The lake is gorgeous and so close to the cabin. Our dog loved romping in it every morning. Our host was kind and very responive. We'd totally stay again."

"Liz is a wonderful host, very consistent in communication. The vrbo property is a bit out of cellular range, and the cottage doesn’t have wifi so very good to truly disconnect from the electronic world. We caught fish everyday, enjoyed some bbq and were able to enjoy our long weekend away thoroughly. "I was overall satisfied with the stay. The only concern I had was that I wasn't informed that a change in accommodation was needed (the apartment I initially booked had water problems) until AFTER I reached out about the check-in process the day before. I received a response back on the day I was checking in, even though the problem had obviously occurred if not days, weeks beforehand and it seemed I wasn't going to be told about this until I showed up. "Staying at the River Done was a truly awesome experience. Communication was great, if we needed anything a quick text helped us with anything we needed. Enjoyed access to the canoe and kayaks, fishing off the dock and some local public spots as well! The Rover dome was a quiet, tranquil place for some quality time together and r&r!"

"Beautiful property and well maintained. Owen responded to our questions promptly. Plenty of room for our family (adult children and toddler grandchild) with room to spare. Spent the weekend ice fishing, sledding, making snow people and great memories. Only thing that would have been better would have been catching some fish. ;) .Would definitely recommend this property."
