"The Littlebeck Warren is a hidden gem and when next in the area on business I will always come back here. Joanne and Kevin are outstanding hosts, the rooms are comfortable, stylish and homely. It is just beautiful! We had our evening meal there as well as breakfast and the food was delicious and home cooked. I would highly recommend staying here you won’t be disappointed We will be back! "While there were renovations being undertaken they in no way impeded our stay. It was a lovely two night visit and would stay again."

"We had a great stay using this as our base to explore part of the Lake District, easy access to lakes and many fells in one direction and to vast beaches a short drive away in the other direction. Loved the jacuzzi bath to relax in after a long day walking. We found the stairs to be steeper than we are acustomed to and also smaller treads, but a good hand rail for support when going to bed with tired legs. Wifi struggled a bit on occasions with demand when trying to stream something on TV and also having a couple of mobile devices attached, but we are used to fibre at home which may not be available yet in the area. We have a dog with a dislike for slippery floors, so it was really nice to find a property with some carpet rather than everything being laminate or tiles. Some local shops a short walk away and plenty of take aways within a 5 minute drive, larger supermarkets about 15 minutes. Debi our host was very responsive to any communication. Overall a very pleasant experience and we would recommend 191 Frizzington to anyone we know looking to explore the area."

"Very nice staff. Spacious and clean room. Did not eat at the hotel so can’t speak to food options. This is a very old building with a need for some exterior attention but the interior and staff make it well worth the visit. "

"Cannot fault our recent stay, Property is very clean and tidy, room recently refurbished to a standard above most of the premium hotels I have visited .Owners very friendly and welcoming, nothing too much trouble, breakfast was cooked fresh with a very good range of options.Pool complex was also clean tidy and very well maintained, water temperature was very comfortable, no shock to the system as you first emerge.Location of property seems a bit out of town, but in reality is only 5 min drive to harbour area or £5-7 taxi.Wifi is quick and free, streamed TV worked fine. There is a Pub and local shop within 100yds of propery but did not visit on this ocassion.No need as there is a honesty bar stocked with all the drinks and snacks you could need at very resonable prices."
