"Listing pictures don’t do justice to how magical this place is! All our kids (Ages 0-14) loved it so much, they didn’t want to leave. Chicken coup right outside the cabin where we were offered fresh eggs each morning. It’s close to everything, but still so private and secluded. My favorite thing was looking at the stars each night. The view is breathtaking. Will definitely be back. Thank you for having us! "

The refrigerator wasn’t super clean and there were items on the floor next to the sink in the upstairs bathroom. Beautiful view outside and very quiet to sit out and enjoy coffee. "

"We har a wonderful time on family vacation at this property across from Black Lake. The location was amazing with quick access to beautiful hiking trails, the state park beach and peaceful Black Lake, which was wonderful to kayak. The hot tub was also very nice, exceptionally clean and well maintained. We would be very happy to stay here again."

"Pros: Plenty of places to sleep, clean, well stocked, great location Cons: no wifi or tv (both were not listed on description so my fault not noticing), linens in primary bedroom were stained, biggest issue was when we took a shower the whole cabin would smell like rotten eggs (sulfar) and didn’t feel like we got clean with the water because of the smell. "House was great, you can walk down the steps & literally get in the water of Lake Michigan. There are a lot of steps to get down there so not for someone with walking issues. House is cute, clean & has a great deck to sit out on & excellent lake access. Location is very rural & literally have to drive down dirt roads & hills to get to the house. Nothing serious but I was surprised. "
