The Space:
Guests will arrive at the condo complex to find a reserved covered parking space accessed from the alley on the north side of the building. From the parking area, guests will enter the secured building and have the option of taking the stairs or elevator to the second story where the condo is accessed.
Twelve-foot ceilings and exposed ventilation ducts give this condo an industrial look while modern furnishings and tasteful artwork make it feel clean and airy. Upon entry, guests will find themselves in the great room, a combination of the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen features high-end appliances, open cabinetry (which makes it easy for guests to find kitchenware), and a brick backsplash which adds to the condo’s industrial feel. A private patio off the living area provides guests with warm natural light and a serene setting for sipping your favorite libation as you watch the river flow by.
