"We stayed for 2 nights in a well located 1 bedroom basement apt on Lake Nepahwin in downtown Sudbury. The apt had large windows, was well stocked and very clean. There were only 1/2 dozen stairs in a separate entrance to access it. Communication was excellent with the host. "

"The safety of my motorcycle was a concern for the owner, so I parked it elsewhere. The living room consisted of a kitchen table 4 kitchen table chairs and a TV. Bed was very comfortable. No air conditioning and bedroom window screen had to significant holes, so I kept the window closed to avoid insects. "
