"The communication with the host was smooth and on time. Check-in and check-out process went just fine although we forgot to empty the dishwasher which was on the list. Sorry! Location is very nice and quiet, there are a lot of trees outside which we like. The actual apartment was cozy and clean but definitely due for renovations or at least some updates. "Everything was perfect! Home was clean and supplied with everything and very organized. Incredible location for hiking Franconia and Mt. Washington. Host responded very quickly. Will definitely stay again! Excellent in every way!"

"Older home that sleeps up to 6. Bedroom and half bath in main floor. Loft bedroom and fill bath upstairs has a double bed and two twin beds. Very clean and quite comfortable for a weekend or extended stay. Convenient location just off the Main Street through Bethlehem, NH- easy drive to surrounding communities or popular attractions. "

"The wife was as sweet as pie. If we had one complaint it would be not to have her husband do the check ins. For the amount of money you spend for the stay he was very off-putting during meet and greet. Almost as if we should feel privileged to be on his property. I highly recommend this place as long as you can look past the husband's crankiness."
