I will never stay @ this Property again. It’s owned by an independent Company under the Ramada brand. Worse Ramada I have ever stayed @. Cheapest Hotel in Whitecourt & if you stay there you will know why.

Unfortunately we did not have a great stay first room we were in there was comet all over the inside of the Jacuzzi tub in suite they gave us another suite and it was cleaner but they did not properly clean the jets as both my fiance and myself got rashes from the jet tubs

Counter staf was so helpful polite and webt out of their way to help. Hotel need reppair for sure wholes in the walls cracks bathtub plug broken. Heater intermittent. Resteraunt was great if you ordered indian cuisine was really good but western food was terrible breakfast cold sausage under cooked and tasted like cardboard. Rooms clean. Bed was broken so everytime i moved the head board would fall. Suana was AMAZING. Wor out room maintained well but bathrooms pretty bad.

I booked a room for my parents since they were driving to Edmonton but wanted to rest on the way, when they arrived my mom was gonna shower and out of the shower head a lot of junks of dirt came out and all the dirt went on my mom while showering. After ahe cleaned and rinsed herself again they were gonna go to bed with my dad and pulled the bed blankets back to lay down and the bed sheets had a big yellow stain in it so my dad went to the front and complained and they just gived them a new blanket where they had to put it on themselfs. Over very dirty and not recommend anyone to stay at Ramadan

The staff is amazing, we came at different hours for a week and always were great. Outstanding customer service from all the staff. I'd only add a couple of cameras outside in the parking lot. The rooms are supposed to be under renovation but didn't hear any noise and didn't see any dust. Definitely a hotel to come back.

Building is old and while attempts hae been made to keepbl it up to date, the workmanship is sub par. Room was dirty with a used coffee pod left in the coffee maker and something had spilled in the microwave and wasn't cleaned. I'll look at another property upon my next visit to town
