"Lovely few nights at the Two Rivers. Nice pub for drinks and food (only had a sandwich for lunch on arrival which was very good) drinks choices was great. Walking distance to town centre for more food and entertainment. Very close to Seven bridge for the Parkrun. An enjoyable stay."

"Genuine old Pub/restuarant , able to select 2 items from starter menu plus salad and baked potatoe . All very good .Same for breakfast had a small portion and did not eat to much. Good flexibility. "

"Absolutely amazing stay at the Bell. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with kindness and professionalism. The room was cosy, but completely adequate overlooking the green. I have to extend a massive thank you to the kitchen staff who cooked us the amazing meal.( my steak was cooked just perfect!)"

"A nice stay when in the area. The food is good, as are the team. I did hear some locals moaning about both, however that isn't my experience at all. The rooms are good, I had a different room this time and it's probably due for some tlc, however it was serviceable and the bed was comfy etc. The Bowl has a nice feel in a lovely location - it was a stunning evening to sit outside and dine whilst reading a book - with the bell ringing practise starting in the evening. "

"Food here is excellent quality, good beer selection and very friendly professional staff. Have stayed 3 times so far and will be staying plenty more times. This is the place we have chosen to stay when on business in the area. There are also some great walks in the area and a nice well stocked local shop "

"The whole of the personnel at THE RISING SUN worked as a team to make our stay [my wife and I] a memorable one from our welcome with a beaming smile on Wedensday just after 2 to our departure today [Friday] just before 10. On our first evening there were two problems with our room - a faulty light and curtains that let the light in BUT BOTH were immediately fixed to everyone's satisfaction - fabulous!
