Welcome! We are thrilled to host you in our cozy 1000 sq two bedroom rancher home on our large privately fenced in lot! We are located on a very quiet residential street in the beautiful sea side community of White Rock. We are walking distance to nearby parks, cafes, shopping malls & best of all, including THE BEACH & PIER. We are also a 5 minute walk to Peace Arch Hospital! Perfect for traveling health professionals!
The space
You will have the entire house to yourself with a private deck and huge backyard. This beautiful, cozy home is a rancher style with no stairs, making it perfect for individuals unable to climb stairs. Two bedrooms have queen sized beds. The living room has a queen sofa bed which sleeps two people. Fully equipped kitchen, full bath and access to washer and dryer. Custom closets and chest available for you to store your belongings. Lightning fast fibre internet perfect for working at home!

Looking for guests who are kind and respectful to your home, furnished and neighbourhood. Please treat our home as you would your own santuary.
Guest access
The driveway will comfortably park two to three cars. We will personally greet you and provide you with a key for access upon check in. We do live near by and are available if you need us! Parties will result in immediate eviction and pets need to be approved prior to booking.

The neighbourhood is very walk friendly. You can walk just about anywhere such as the beach, cafe, restaurants and even shopping centres. Feel free to review our guide on our favourite local restaurants or ask if you're looking for something special! We will always be available to answer any of your questions.
