"We didn't actually get the chance to stay at the property. The day before we were to head out to Nashville my husband had a terrible pain in his side. A trip to the ER and he had to have his gallbladder removed. I let Davina know and she worked with us and VRBO. She was very communicative and easy to work with. If we get the chance to go to Nashville we will definitely stay at her place!!"

"The condo looks exactly like the photos and the owner Kim is very communicative. The unit is extremely well stocked with supplies--actually the best stocked of any units we've ever rented. Also, the towels are soft, and the beds, with ample blankets, are very comfortable.Kim has also taken the time to put together a really nice book of things to do in the area--if you haven't been to the area before, be sure to look at it as it is very accurate and complete and it's just one more nice touch...

"This unit was clean and felt safe. It’s right at one mile from Broadway (within walking distance), and also has some nice places close by. Loved having breakfast right done the block at Tostique. Main down side was how close the RR tracks are and the trains were noisy. The tracks are literally right outside the windows. No views to speak of if that is important to you. Light sleepers may have an issue with tithe trains. "

"The pictures are very accurate. I don’t know if I have gotten used to most places having the amenities needed for a stay or what this home only had soap to wash your hands nothing for bath or shower and the kitchen only had a salt and pepper shaker nothing else not one other spice or oils or anything, So if you plan on using the kitchen just make sure and purchase absolutely everything you need. Other than that it was nice."
