"We’ve stayed at the Radisson Aquatica many times and although the rooms are dated, they are clean, the staff are so friendly & helpful which makes ys go back each year. "The beach was excellent. There were always enough chairs and umbrellas even though we were there during high season (Dec26-Jan1st). The main improvement they could make is to increase the number of cooks or cooking infrastructure. At lunch, we had to wait 1.75 hours for food after ordering. "My stay was great but I did have 2 minor issues. Check in is at 4 pm but my room wasnt ready until 4:40 pm. I had been up traveling from the U.S. and expected my room to be ready and was frustrated that it wasnt. It wasnt just my room that wasnt ready. There were at least 5 other people waiting on their rooms as well. The staff was friendly and informative but it didnt make it better. I was tired and ready to shower and relax.
