I Stayed here with my partner over the Bank Holiday, the hosts were lovely, breakfast was delicious and the location was spot on, I would definitely recommend this Bed and Breakfast to everybody.

Amazing stay! Martin and Vanessa could not have done any more eto make this perfect! Smashing breakfast, lovely attention to detail, fab comms to discuss arrival arrangements. Room was top notch, 2 slices of fresh carrot cake in the room, milk and water in the fridge. Great stay at Rosslyn House
My wife and I decided to take a break for couple of days in Whitby. Based on previous reviews we opted to stay at Rosslyn House and we were not disappointed. Lovely room and great location. Breakfast was beautiful to suit all diets. Would definitely stay there again.

Characterful property, lovely breakfast, helpful & friendly hosts. On street parking with residents pass is available but there are several nearby guest houses so would recommend arriving at the property promptly if a very nearby space is required. Several nearby resterants and cafes. View of Whitby abbey from the front door. Convenient for all the sights.
