The Marquise on Blackcomb boasts stunning views of the Rainbow and Sproat Mountains. Guests will enjoy being directly across the street from the slopes since it is located within walking distance of the brand-new gondola on Blackcomb (2018). Take the shuttle bus around Whistler (picked up right outside the front driveway of the Marquise). Walk to groceries, dining, shopping, and more with the Upper Village Market steps from your front door. Enjoy a treat at Portobello in the Fairmont Chateau Whistler, grab a pint at Fitsimmons Pub, get on an e-bike right outside the Glacier Lodge and cruise the amazing Lakes of Whistler! Use the Valley trail network to walk, run or bike around the magical place we call Whistler! This location truly could not be any more convenient!
THE LAYOUT
This beautifully updated and cozy 1BR unit sleeps 4 people with the use of the double sofa bed is ideal for couples, small families, close friends and business travelers.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking and baking needs (coffee, tea, oil, salt, and pepper provided as well). The appliances have all been recently updated. Make a gourmet meal in the kitchen or enjoy a quick breakfast at the breakfast bar. Cozy up in front of the gas fireplace to bring true ambiance in any season. 2 Smart TVs with Amazon firestick + APPS are available for your use. Log in to your own account and easily pick up from where you left off on your favorite shows. TVs are located in the living room and bedroom.
LAUNDRY
Laundry is on the first floor of the building. Payment is done through an APP. No coins are required! Instructions on how to download the APP are located in the online guidebook we send out to guests

The parking garage height is 6 ft 2 inches.

Guests will have access to the entire suite, the outdoor pool, and the complex hot tub.
We will be available by text, email or phone call 24/7. If you need something in person, of course we can help as well; but we like to give our guests space while on vacation.
Whistler Upper Village offers a secluded alpine setting that is just steps from the excitement, hustle, and bustle of Whistler Village. This great location for a Whistler vacation offers the best of both worlds. The Upper Village is a family-friendly area complete with its own base lodge, ticket office, shops, kids center and ski rental. Just a short, ten minute stroll from the busy Whistler Village, the Upper Village is a charming area filled with many delicious and popular Whistler restaurants and fantastic shops and boutiques that you can't find anywhere else in town.
During the summer months, Whistler Upper Village is home to the Adventure Zone, where families can go horseback riding, enjoy a round of mini golf, or fly through the air on a trapeze. The Upper Village is also just minutes away from the Chateau Whistler Golf Course

Any stay over 14 nights will result in a mandatory mid stay cleaning fee of $100.00 charged to the guest on top of the cleaning fee paid on reservation.
This entire property is NON SMOKING.
We provide a complimentary starter set of basic toiletries & coffee/tea. Guests will need to purchase or bring their own if they need more than what's supplied.
If amenities like the pool, hot tub, sauna, or ski-in/ski-out access aren't available during your stay due to circumstances beyond our control (such as but not limited to repair, maintenance and weather conditions), we cannot be held responsible.
