AGE REQUIREMENT
Guests must be 26 years of age and must provide a photo ID upon check-in unless prior approval has been granted. Families with children are welcome; parents and or guardians must accompany children. Whistler Ideal Accommodations retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met, with no refund provided.

NO SUBLETTING
Absolutely no subletting of the property or individual rooms of the property for a period or the duration of your stay.

CHECK-IN INFORMATION
To ensure the safety of our guests and the property, all reservations go through a verification process. You will be asked to sign a rental agreement, provide a copy of your official government-issued ID, and provide a valid credit card for the security deposit of $500 CAD. The security deposit is a hold on your credit card 2 days prior to check-in.
We cannot provide access to the unit until this process is completed. Upon booking, you will receive an email with the next steps.

Great Condo in Lovely Location
We had a great time staying in this condo. It was very clean with well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms there was lots of room for 2 couples. The Table 19 restaurant below was excellent and we had fun watching the golfers from the balcony. We wouldn’t hesitate in staying again.

Beautiful place.....BUT.......
We placed one of our contractors in this rental for the week and although he said it was lovely his comments were that the mattress was hard with old springs and that the TV just had sound when he turn it on but no screen so had to keep unplugging it each time for it to work. I called the contact number that came with the booking but was told that they were not the property manager and that they would pass the details along to the right person......and I never heard back. Please note that our contractor has stayed in many places over the years while working for us and this is the first time he has ever actually complained about anywhere that I have booked him in.

It’s very spacious and has a beautiful view of the green lake. About 10min to the lift by car so it’s OK and wished there is a hot tub or bathtub at least but overall it was great!

Nice size, very nicely outfitted kitchen. Very comfortable for my husband & I and our adult daughter. Loved the location, beautiful views and nice to be out of the village. Having a parking spot in the upper village was brilliant for skiing. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

An outstanding experience
The photographs are accurate. This is a great unit in a great property. We appreciated its quiet location. T Nineteen restaurant located in the building was open and a welcome amenity. Moreover the parking arrangements at the base of Blackcomb a short walk from the lift were excellent. The reception desk in the village was helpful in addressing some questions that we had and the owner went "above and beyond" in promptly following up to ensure we were satisfied. Overall, a great experience at a reasonable price.

Absolutely excellent. Big space with two big bedrooms and two nice bathrooms. Large and comfortable living room, dining area, and kitchen. Good views of the Lake. Very clean. Excellent location. Underground parking in the building for one car with ample visitor parking outside for second car. It was also amazing the have the extra underground parking spot at Glacier Creek right at the base of Blackcomb for ski days. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

This is a very beautiful, clean and comfortable condo in a lovely setting.

Wonderful whistler vacation accomodations
We had a wonderful time staying at Nicklaus North. Great location, views and a comfortable condo. My only feedback was the check in process was not clear/smooth. We spent about 15 mins trying to determine how to check into Nicklaus upon arrival, plus 20 mins of driving back to the village and paying for parking to get our keys. This was not communicated in advance to arriving and could have avoided additional delay in getting to our accomodations. It would be nice for the details to be provided prior to check in so it's clear exactly how and where to get keys. Overall though we had a really nice stay.

Ski Oasis In The Mountains
This was the first time our family stayed at Nicklaus North for a ski holiday. We have stayed at Whistler before but in other accommodations closer to town. It was a lovely condo with lots of room for the family and a lovely view of the mountains and lake. It was cozy and comfortable and had all the amenities one is looking for when away from home. It was only a short five minute drive to town. We would definately stay there again and recommend it to our family and friends.

Quiet stay away from the village
Excellent stay - enjoyed the lake views - condo big enough for four adults . Quick access to the Valley and Lost Lake trails. Good weather allowed us to walk to the village.
