"Despite being a best western and I've stayed in some questionable ones, this Best Western by Sadie was very nice. There is private parking at rear for £15/night. The rooms were very modern, lots of things you would like in your own house! I had eve meal and breakfast, both ere very good with a range of choices, service was good too. The best bit was finally finding a pillow that was comfortable for me, after the all the hotels I had stayed in!"

"I enjoyed my overnight stay at Village Watford. It was very accessible from the main roads which is why I booked it in the first place. Check in was good - although there was some confusion regarding check in time. I had been told via prior correspondence that I could check out at 12 but 11 was on the booking - which made for a slightly uncomfortable conversation. Facilities were great! Good choice on menu for the evening and great buffet breakfast. Bed was comfortable and warm on what was a very cold night. Only issue was that I did not have any water when I went to have a shower in the evening. Not a drop - cold or hot - so couldn't brush teeth or shower. It was working in the morning though. Would be helpful to understand why this happened as it wasn't at a bust "shower" time like in the morning. All in all a great stay though!!"
