"The house is beginning to show its age. Although it was comfortable there was still a number of issues that were relayed to the estate agent. eg Scalding hot water, failure of air conditioning, leaking washing machine, and kitchen mixer tap broke off in my hand. The estate agent was right on to everything. It was walking distance of Yamba Fair shopping centre."

"Mike was a wonderful host and has a beautiful property. The studio was set up for a one night or longer term stay with all the essentials. The outdoor shower area, patio and the gardens were just beautiful & my partner and two dogs enjoyed our weeks stay thoroughly. The back yard looking out to the river is completely fenced for a secure dog proof yard for any anxious dog owners and Emmi is, as advertised, very friendly. "
