The small clothes cupboard in the main bedroom was filthy. The curtains upstairs were dirty and full of dust. The chests of drawers needed cleaning. The bread bin was filthy and there was no bottle of wine as promised. The ‘welcome’ pack had insufficient information and needed rewriting.
