"I enjoyed my stay here. My room was very comfortable and was surrounded by forest. It was an oasis. Service was excellent. They drove me to the InterCity bus stop upon checkout. Meals are included. There was a good variety at breakfast. Dinner was a five course degustation feast. Since I do not eat cheese, they substituted fruit for the 4th course. Much appreciated."

"Booked Mt Cook View Motel and due to road closures from adverse weather meant we couldn't make the booked date. Spoke to Matthew at the Motel who was very helpful and provided updates to road closures. We managed to move the booking to a later date and arrived to find a very helpful Matthew and well appointed accommodation. Matt pointed out some key activities to make the most of our stay which we followed and which provided some good memories of our stay at Fox Glacier including some awesome views of the glacier. Matt also booked us for a heli flight but unfortunately the weather the next morning wasn't that helpful. With Matt’s help, we had a great stay at Mt Cook View Motel and Fox Glacier including a great meal at Betsey Jane’s. "
