"The syaff are far too attentive to the point it is annoying, they hover around you waiting for you to finish your last mouthful of food and the plate has gone, they keep phoning the room asking if everything is ok, 3 or 4 times aday, its a buffet breakfast but staff insist on picking it for you, for top rated hotel the language is a barrier, this hotel caters for the chinese masses. Please leave guests alone to enjoy their stay instead of hassling the life out of us"

"We went after New Year so it was less people. Its a good thing and also bad since their buffet was closed down one morning and we got ala cart menu. The restaurant food was good not excellent but expensive for Vietnam. The service wasn't minimal for low season days but then weekend with more guests they were more attentive. Massage was below average for what we paid for. We thought it was a high quality spa but unfortunately the masseuse weren't well trained."

"Clean, friendly staff, beautiful beach at resort. No AC, extremely hot, said they were eco resort on marine reserve but forced us to buy plastic water bottles for four days. Every other small beach on island filled with trash and garbage from the currents. Filled. "

"My family and i loved this resort. We went during low season and it was fairly quiet and peaceful. It's a very clean resort, excellent spa and customer service. The gym is well equipped with dumbbells, barbells and even a bench press machine and a smith machine. The rooms are beautiful and spacious with separate toilet and shower rooms. The beach had dynamic waves with soft sands. Highly reccomend if you want a peaceful vacation without leaving the resort. Overall one of the best resorts I've been too! Will re-visit again. "
