"Such a lovely home, with a bathroom for every bedroom and a beautiful deck out front with a view of the water. The only note I have is that it’s not super clear which front entrance is which (the home is split in to 2 rentals), so we almost walked in to the wrong home. Otherwise, wonderful stay and lovely hosts!"

"This property managed to accomodate a large group of adults with a mix of couples and singles. The location was great and the property did mostly deliver. I think a bit more thought to the number of towels provided for a week of stay plus a more well equipped kitchen could have warranted a gold star rating. "

"This is a great spot. It's about 5 minutes from the Opua Ferry and less than 10 from Russell. It's super remote and quiet. Taking our suburban kids (9 and 4) was fantastic. There is a little boat shed at the bottom of the hill and access to a beach which my older kid loved exploring. The beach itself is quite rocky and full of oyster shells so not recommended for swimming but Long Beach near Russell is amazing and only a short drive away. The house itself is clean, tidy and well loved. ...

"The farm is awesome, our 8 year old granddaughter Isla became the “ farm girl” for the week and helping Andrea and John feed the pigs, sheep and ducks was the absolute highlight for her. Andrea and John were so patient with her. The environment is so quiet and the bus is centrally located to Paihia and Kerikeri"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. It had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday. It was clean and tidy with easy access to Matapouri Beach, Whale Bay and the local dairy. It was well equipped with activities and board games for entertaining the teenagers on rainy days, and there was plenty of room for us all to spread out, both indoors and outdoors. We would definitely stay there again."

"The house is well maintained and has a beautiful view. The property manager was "all business" - but was responsive when help was requested. Only one bedroom was made available - the other bedrooms were locked. (I some times am restless and might have made use of the second bedroom - though in all fairness I didn't raise the issue.)"
