"Although we had to leave early, due to illness, we absolutely love this place. The location, the site and the actual chalet is just perfect. The quietness and being able to just sit outside the chalet and hear the sea is just what we need from our holiday and away from our everyday lives. We are definitely going to be looking to book here again, if possible. Thankyou Sandra for allowing us to stay "

"We had a lovely stay in this chalet in Mundesley. The location was ideal to go to the beach, visiting Cromer and National Trust locations. The property was clean, well stocked and very quiet. Having the local Tesco around the corner was also very handy. Would definitely book again."

"We had a great home away from home experience. We wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and we got exactly that. It was nice to have a Christmas tree to place our Christmas gifts and experience opening our presents in front of a log fire. Our 6 year old was happy to have so much space as well as have his own time in the snug room. Great experience for all of us."

"Fabulous property very well equipped and the beds were so comfy. All of the lodge was thought out extremely well to give you a fabulous holiday. The site itself was very central and also safe for my grandchildren to play. A added bonus was a 5 minute walk to a very good shop, fish and chips shop and a Chinese. I would defiantly recommend this lodge."

"We had a few nights in " Bumble Cottage " ... and it was perfect. The location within the pine forest was fabulous .. and we enjoyed walking the footpaths in the mornings. Was also located very close to Holt town centre , so very convenient ... the " Poppy Line " was also near by , so indulged in a nostalgic Steam Train Ride out to Sheringham ... great fun :-) The property was clean and comfortable , and had everything you need when staying away . It was perfect , and we had a great stay "

"Our stay did not get off to the best of starts. The receptionist was not happy that we had booked via Expedia and demanded guest information in a very angry manner. This did not make us feel welcome! We had a one-bedroom chalet which was very warm and cosy. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bathroom was lovely. The site itself is right next to the sea, although beach access is down a very long staircase. Due to its position on the clifftop, the site is very hilly and uneven with lots...

"A great house with plenty of space! Location is very close to the beach as well as the town which has lots of lovely shops, pubs, cafes and more. Beds were comfy. Handy having a laundry room with small children. Lots of stair gates and bed guards in the house to use. A few areas needed some deeper cleaning. Overall it was a perfect house for a large family/group. "
