"The facility is showing its age, but outside of that, was a great value. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Typical of many facilities these days, housekeeping did not enter my room during my 3 evening stay. Breakfast is provided… which was primarily cereal, yogurt, bread & fruit. Many restaurants are in close proximity."

"The property was nice. I thought someone could have picked up the broken part of the sign laying in the lawn. It must have been there a while as the grass was groing up around it. Also, the bleach smell from the pool was very strong. As a pool owner I know that you have to shock the pool and we figured it was just shocked. No big deal. We did enjoy the quiet of the facility and the staff were great."

"The room was clean and had the basics. The fixtures are a bit tired. The toilet seat has seen better days. the ceiling had been repaired but painted in areas with a different shade of white. Outside the areas were free of debris but the stone area the plantings could use a good weeding. Overall, a decent place to stay - not much available in Wautoma, Wi. We have stayed there more than once. "

"Small local motel. Room was updated but not the cleanest. Linens were clean and bed was comfortable. Was told someone would clean the day after check in while I was working but it wasn't done. Tv worked. Location seemed safe. Would stay again if housekeeping improves."
