"By miracle I was able to find this little gem last minute after an emergency trip was made me made my booking online. This place is cozy quiet and full of charm the staff is nothing short of amazing especially since I had made my booking on line and unfortunately the room was supposed to get the other guest decided to do A last min extension. The manager/front desk went above and beyond to accommodate and upgraded my room free and was still able to keep the accommodations of mobility for myself and my mother. The fact that he was willing to ensure I got my room during such a troubling time and still keep the accommodations met just shows that this gem is above it's class. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. We definitely be coming back. The beds a comfy the rooms are clean and location can't be beat, close to lots of dining options and being close to tingle beach the zoo and botanical gardens is definitely a perk. Thank you again"

"This Super 8 has amazing customer service! Lisa reached out prior to us arriving and went above and beyond to accommodate the desire to be placed next to our friends that were meeting us there!! Only downfall is the recommendation (due to corporate) to use the app Order Inn to order "room service". Convenient due to being on the road all day, inconvenient that they split the delivery from one restaurant into 2 drivers and in my opinion overcharge for their service ( almost double than if we picked the order up ourselves). Breakfast was your typical options for hotel lobbys. Coffee was hot and ready! If we travel back through Albuquerque, we'll definitely stay here again! They actively have some construction taking place at the property, so maybe we'll see updated carpet. So for the property itself, the carpet and potpourri smell would be the only thing negative. But the customer service made it worth the hassle! "
