We're thrilled to announce our partnership with B@Work Co-Working. We have opened a multi-level work space with views of the waterfall, just downstairs from this charming studio vacation rental. Our guests have 24/7 access to the business center at B@Work.
Guests can park in our private parking lot. You enter by placing a code in a smart lock, which allows for self check in. The studio apartment is up one flight of stairs. The entire space is yours. The apartment is set up in an open layout. We have a bedroom section with a queen size bed. There is a full kitchen with plates, glasses, cups, and utensils. Of course a microwave, toaster, and coffee maker are included. The kitchen is small and quaint, but adequate to prepare a romantic meal for four. There is a cute dining section with a table for four. Plenty of sunlight (or moonlight) coming through the skylights and windows. You even have a lovely view of the Mill pond below. The living section has a cozy couch that is also a sofa bed (full size). You can enjoy our large screen smart TV with cable and Amazon Fire Stick. Of course you can always stream your favorite music on our Amazon Alexa/Sonos System. Alexa can also be used to set the temperature for the central airconditioning or heat, in addition to turning on or off lights and locking the door. The entire building was a working Mill until the early 20th century. We have completely embraced its history and renovated with love. Right down to preserving the hardwood floors and exposed beams. Guests also have access to the washer and dryer located in the building. If you are here for work, you have access to our multi-level Co-working space, also located in the building. There is a small cafe area below, and a quaint outside table and chairs that guests also have access to.

We are located right on the Westport / Southport town line. These two beautiful, quaint, coastal New England towns, have so much to offer, I don't know where to start. First, they are beach towns, so that may be a good starting point. Plenty of public beaches to choose from. Next, both towns are steeped in history (they were settled in 1639) with magnifient historic homes. They also have an incredible array of restaurants and night life to choose from. And, it is a rare individual who has not heard of Westport's Main Street for its fabulous shops and restaurants. I should also mention we are minutes from the Metro North train station. A trip into Manhattan is about an hour away!
We have our own parking lot. We are also near two major stops on Metro North. CTDOT runs bus service along the Post Road. Also, we are minutes from both I-95 and the Merritt Parkway.
We are located on the Post Road on the Westport / Southport border. Post Road is a busy street and can be a bit noisy, however, once inside, you will find a peaceful, tranquil environment. The grounds behind the building offer a wonderful space to enjoy coffee and admire the Mill pond and all its glory. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, so you must climb stairs. We do allow pets, but we trust our guests will take advantage of this accommodation responsively, please don’t let pets soil our floors, beds, or furniture. Also, this is a mid 1800’s Mill that has been restored. The bathroom is small but cozy.
