Large Vacation Home (1878sf) near Beach, WiFi, SmartTV, Bikes, fishing gears

Westport WA is a great place for fishing, crabbing, clam digging, kite flying and sight seeing, so it is perfect for a family / group to take a vacation here. The home is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house with 1878 sf in a very quiet residential area, just several blocks from the Pacific Ocean and near one of highest lighthouses in Washington, by staying here you can really relax in privacy. A space with desk & chair is also for remote working people. The house was just remolded with new paint, new carpet, new floor tile etc.
This is a large house, our guests are able to access all rooms in the house. They will enjoy the large house space, and get more relax. Master bedroom comes with a bathroom and a walk-in closet. There also is a special room for your dog(s), hopefully they will like it. We have some fishing, crabbing gears and bikes in the house, they are all free for you to use, but to use them by yourself and/or your family or group member(s) including your child/children you agree to take all responsibilities for damages and injuries.
The temperature here may be 15-25 degrees lower than your home area, you will really enjoy the weather here during the hot summer, but please bring some thick clothing with you. Please keep doors closed in the evening and night, otherwise mosquitoes may bother you.
The neighborhood is pretty quiet and near beach, you may hear the wave sound. A group of charter crews just live in the next door, people come to here for fishing may need their service. There is a trail along the beach to Marina, you can walk or bike on for morning / evening exercise.
Westport is not a large city, you may go to any place such as marina, beach, restaurants and supermarket with just several minutes drive or walking distance.

Really great location- close to beach and brewery. Very kid friendly- lots of toys, pack n play and high chair! Bigger and nicer than pictures. The main bathroom could use some tlc but the house was such a good deal in terms of pricing that I really can’t complain.

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious home with plenty of room and updated kitchen. The listing indicated pet friendly but when we received final check in instructions, we were informed that dogs must stay in the laundry room and not permitted in the main living area. Suggest including this in the property description so others will have complete info before booking.

Great location and size
Group of senior women (who can be fussy) have stayed here twice and everyone agrees, perfect for a group of 5 who need to avoid a lot of stairs. Could work for 6 individuals if you have 2 people willing to sleep on air mattresses on floor. Very clean, including linens and towels, well stocked with kitchen utensils, dishes, etc. We are planning to go back next year!

Wonderful place to stay. Easy walk to the beach. Would be nice to have another bike. Regular glasses or plastic glasses would be a nice addition. Only one roll of toilet paper and a mostly used other 1 ply toilet paper not adequate for 3 people. Had to buy a bar of bath soap but not a big deal. Dishwasher but no dishwashing detergent, would have used dishwasher.

Great house to spread out in
We enjoyed being able to spread out in this house and enjoy going back and forth to the beach, eat some ice cream on the pier and do a little sight seeing. The house is comfortable and has just enough amenities for a traveler. A few more kitchen towels or dishrags would have been helpful, but not a serious complaint at all! We appreciated all the extra kid friendly items and I think it's a great idea to have a space for a dog locked off from the rest of the house. We don't travel with our pets, but some people do. Thanks for a great place to unwind from our busy farm life. This was the kids' first time seeing the ocean and they were mesmerized!

Girls weekend
Everyone was impressed with the cleanliness of property and the size of the house and number of beds was perfect for our group of 5 older women (aged 60 to 77, one of us used blow-up mattress we brought). We hosted other friends for a party one day and easily entertained 11 people. Generous sized bedrooms and bathrooms with nice clean linens and towels. We used the pet area to store our coolers and other gear. Nice patio area and private back yard, no neighbors super close. The only negatives were insufficient lighting in some rooms (single lamp in family room and living room) and the space heaters/baseboard heater/wall heater set-up was definitely dated and took a little figuring out. No air conditioning - might be a problem in hotter months since there are no screens on entry doors, only windows.

Nice, clean and quiet!
This house has relatively comfy beds, plenty of towels, children's things and fishing stuff...it's got two completely separate living areas. One is bigger and comfier than the other, but the TV didn't work. The smaller one has less seating and isn't as comfy, but the television has all kinds of movie and things. The kitchen left a lot to be desired...there was very little to cook with pots and pan and skillet wise and what there was was fairly awful. I spoke to the owner and they said they'd take care of that, so... Otherwise, it's a long walk to the beach, but its doable. There's plenty of parking if you choose to drive. It's a great beach, also! The bedroom arrangement was perfect for us, also. THAT was great! All in all, I'd stay again!
