Treat yourself to 'affordable luxury' in this top-floor beach home. Spacious and comfortable, this home enjoys a view of the lighthouse, as well as an ocean/jetty view. In addition to the personal detailing, this home is just a few steps away from the rooftop sun/barbecue deck with a 360' view that will amaze you. Enjoy sunset grilling or just a little 'suntan time' on the roof. Dogs are allowed with an additional fee, and free WiFi is also available.

If you want to enjoy more than the beach, this condominium is located right outside of Westport Light State Park and is close to Westport Aquarium. Spend some time learning the history of this picturesque area at the Westport Maritime Museum and Grey's Harbor Lighthouse.

Come join us in Westport and enjoy all it has to offer. Don't forget our Pirate Festival, held the last weekend in June. We look forward to seeing you!

Westport stay
It was very close to the beach, lots of space and comfortable to stay. Bathroom needs some attention like the handle and door handle to smaller bedroom. The building is under construction and you can not use the roof top BBQ area at this time. Lots of blankets and bedding. Extra bed mattress was nice for napping. Overall was a nice place to stay

Nice space and comfortable beds. Easy walk to the beach, and the clubhouse access that comes with it has nice amenities. Only downside was that the building is still underconstruction, and there were some cosmetic issues in the condo itself (some missing light covers, a hole in the wall next to the tub in the master bath, and the knob for the jaccuzi tub was loose.

Spacious condo, just missing a few details
We had a pleasant stay here. The door locks took a few moments to figure out (instructions to included in the booklet at the condo). A couple light fixtures were missing covers. There was a small hole in the wall next to the master bathroom, and the faucet and jet controls in the master bathroom were loose and rather finicky. But, there was plenty of space, the beds were comfortable, access to the clubhouse was nice, and the beach is a short walk. Other than those minor and mostly cosmetic things, it was a great place to stay.

Great girl's getaway!
Although the jetted tub didn't work, the fireplace didn't light up, and we heard a lot of noise from construction on our building, we enjoyed our stay. Condo was cozy, had a nice view, and was close to the beach and trail. I would definitely stay there again!

Lighthouse and ocean glimpses
The listing says ‘ocean/lighthouse views ’ however you cannot see either the ocean or the lighthouse unless you step outside on the balcony and look hard left to see a corner of the ocean and/or look hard right to see the very top of the lighthouse. If you are looking to book a condo at Westport by the Sea that has an ocean view from the inside of the house, this is not it. However, if you are just looking for something that has quick access to the beach, a lovely view of the National Forest and great access to the hot tub at a great price, this is for you. A few things to note: The inside of the condo looks just like the pictures. There is minor damage throughout the condo that is non-structural and really just an aesthetic issue (there’s a bit of drywall damage in the primary bath near the tub, the knob for the shower is VERY loose, the sofa cushions are torn, the curtain rod in the primary bedroom is bent and is difficult to open/close. The knob for the jacuzzi tub in the primary bathroom is flat and in the back corner of the tub. There is still construction going on outside on the buildings and there is NO roof access at this time. There is an elevator in each building if you need it. They do not have cable, but it is a smart tv with all of the major apps on it: (hulu, netflix, Amazon, Disney+, etc) The clubhouse/pool/spa does require the FOB to use, but no longer requires reservations. Both times we went down, we were the only ones there, so it was nice and quiet.

Beautiful views and close to beach
The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. Although the bath towels and hand towels in the master bathroom were folded wet, so they were damp and smelled musty when I went to use them. Thankfully we brought several beach towels so I used one of those. The bathroom had a hole in the wall, looked like soon to be patched. Curtains needed repair in the master bedroom. The kitchen was clean, but a few plates had food on them when we took them out of the cupboard. The pizza cutter also had dried cheese on it as we turned the cutting wheel. (It was partially inclosed.) The living room floor had food crumbs and popcorn kernels near the couch, as well as on the couch and beanbag chair. It looked as if maybe the cleaning service made a quick vacuum but did not move the table to get near the couch, and didn’t clean the couch at all. The couch itself had a large rip on one of the seat cushions. Having said all that, the condo was very quiet with a wonderful view of the beach and great walking distance to the beach. It also had adequate kitchen supplies; dishes, soap, dish towels.

The area was great as always. The condo itself had some issues. There was construction with the buildings which we weren't told about. They say 360 view from roof top which we didn't have access to. The jetted tub didn't work. There was mold or something nasty all over the shower curtain. The beds weren't all that comfortable. But overall it was a nice place.

This property was a great value for the price and met our needs. The place was clean and tidy with the basic needs supplied. We don't have a dog but it was apparent, when the sunlight was right, that it is a dog friendly unit by some stains in the carpet but there was no smell that any of us noticed. It says that it has light house and ocean view but that is only from the balcony. The view from the front room is of trees so still nice. Very quite and we will rent again.

Perfect spot
We brought our two small dogs, and this was perfect. Wonderful walking paths, perfect for a getaway with our dogs. It was quiet and a really comfortable townhouse with everything we needed to cook our meals and watch shows after a wonderful ocean walk! Can’t wait to do it again!

Our stay
We were on the 3rd floor. We are over 75 and there was no luggage cart. Very hard to get our things upstairs. We asked for a cart but none available. We had to buy one to check out. FYI: sink slow on small bathroom, stop in other bathroom broken, rollaway bed broken. There was no blender or can opener. We bought a blender and left it. All in all, we had a great stay and enjoyed the condo, large kitchen and the internet TV.

Disappointed
We usually love staying at this condo, but unfortunately it has not been well maintained. The master bath had a large crack in the tub with scotch tape over it and the oven would not stay on. There was also not adequate supplies - no laundry detergent to wash wet clothes and no extra trash bags. We did enjoy the close beach access and heated pool.

Lighthouse Views
No basic cable - I had to listen to my teams on the internet. No wine bottle opener. Biggest skillet was a 8" pan, and the cooking utensils looked like they came from the dollar store. The unit is a third floor walkup - there is an elevator - but it was not main means of access. Otherwise the furniture was nice - the bedding and towels were nice. The deck view was nice. Clearly no one has ever lived in this unit, but it was nice enough for a long weekend stay.

Do Not Book Vacasa partners in Westport
We arrived in the evening to find the bathrooms had not been cleaned. Hair and toothpaste in the sink, dirty water, sand, footprints in the tub, the toilets were dirty inside and out... it was gross. Contacted Vacasa immediately- was told to wait the local office would be in touch. We waited- no call. I called back- they confirmed that the local manager saw the ticket- we should hear soon. Waited 45 mins- nothing. We figured we would just clean it ourselves- there were no cleaning supplies!!! Nothing but a vacuum that was full to the brim. We found another place to stay and left. Called back to let them know we left- they said someone would call - no one ever called. We requested a refund- have yet to hear from anyone. Very disappointing.

Needs tlc and updated description
Nothing. I loved nothing. Upon arrival I used the code given to me for the lock box, it wouldn’t work. The front office was closed and I was waiting to speak with someone through vacasa. Finally we get the lock box open and there is no key inside! For some reason after speaking with the property manager who was out having dinner with her family and asked if she could get me the key tomorrow? What? Well we jiggled the handle and guess what the door was unlocked!! Upon entering after my boyfriend did a thorough scan to make sure it was safe we went inside and much to our dismay there was not only no lighthouse view but also no beach view as the description read! So here we have a safety issue and a very disgruntled 83 year old grandma who can’t only not see the ocean but it was so far she couldn’t see it either. The jetted bathtub was unusable due to a huge crack! They were kind enough to patch it with packing tape but I just figured a jetted tub with electrical wiring and water wouldn’t mix well. There were light fixtures that had no covers, the fireplace didn’t work and the toilet in the hall bathroom ran constantly and barely flushed. Needs updating in maintenance but also on its description I would definitely not rent again.

Good view but...
This is the sixth or seventh condo I have stayed at in this complex (not just through Vacasa) I've stayed in this particular building twice before. Out of all our experiences this one was the first real disappointing experience at these condos. While it's spacious, it's dirty, not well cared for and poorly stocked. There was one roll of super cheap paper towels in the kitchen, the sink and fridge still had food debris in it from the previous guests, the can opener was broken and there was only one trash bag for the garbage can for a 5 day stay. Also in the kitchen the Pans are broken and most of them dirty. Some don't have handles anymore, most are terribly warped and most had to be washed to be used. There was no dish soap so we used hand soap to wash them. There is a dishwasher, it did okay with most things. There were 2 rolls of toilet paper for the whole stay in addition to the half rolls on the holders. The loveSac in the livingroom is a cool touch, but the pillows on the couch desperately need cleaned. Windows desperately need cleaned in all rooms and the deck glass needs scoured as it's covered in green moss or mold. The next issue was the master bathroom. Someone had urinated in the master tub and it was not cleaned, it was dried on in yellow brown splatters. Also the jets on the tub are so filthy and gross that using the tub wouldn't be wise anyway. Also the tub is cracked up the side. The master bathroom also has mold growing on the wall near the tub it has broken through the paint and the paint around it is bubbled/ peeling off. The master bedroom is spacious with plenty of room for the spare bed. There's extra blankets, ton of pillows in the closet, and plenty of pillow cases. The mattress is very noisy... There were dead bugs (looked like beetles) stuck to the comforter on the bed, it also had a big hole in it. Mattresses in both rooms are mediocre but not the worst we've slept on. The carpet looked dirty when we got there. We got out the vauum but the vacuum hadn't been emptied in a LONG time and was clogged solid. It took 30 minutes to clear the clog. The canister was so full the vacuum could not suck up anything anyway. After we cleaned and cleared the vacuum we vacuumed the living room, it sucked up so much stuff out of the carpet and this was our first day there and we had checked in late. We then vacuumed the rest of the unit. Let's just say it was nasty and were glad we did it. My daughter found someone's used cherry cough drop on the floor... The entry door lever that opens the door doesn't always work. It usually resolved quickly. However, this created a fun fiasco on our last day there. We got stuck in the unit for 30 minutes. I was getting ready to call for help when we finally got the door lever to open after that we didn't let the door fully close. I recommend these condos to everyone but this unit I will NOT be recommending. Also contacting Vacasa on day 1 with issues produced NO help. On the upside the coffee pot works flawlessly.
