"We enjoyed a long weekend at Holiday Valley and really appreciated the convenience of ski in/out here. Short drive to Ellicottville for shopping, restaurants and coffee. The property was tidy and served us well. The condo unit is in a building with other condos, so there was the expected occasional noise related to that— mostly hearing the neighbors walking around. We’re glad we stayed here and would visit again. "

"Great location. Check in was super easy. Use of ski locker is a great bonus. Living/dining room area was a great location to hang out at night with everyone. Kitchen had everything you could need. Beds were great. Will definitely book again!"

"We loved our stay! The condo was very clean upon arrival, and even if loft got a little warm (and understandably, its a loft), the owners were sure to even include fans. The location of this building is fairly easy for skiers to access compared to further out buildings within same complexes we've stayed in previously, especially easier for 9 and 10 year old beginner skiers. Was great to have acces to a nearby place witb the young novice skiers. Would love to visit again in future!"

"Great place for 2 people. Ski lift walkable and trail head. Great fireplace nice and warm. Just be prepared for a lot of stairs from parking to door of condo inside and out, hallways a bit tight. Took several trips to get all our stuff to and from. "

"Conveniently located just across the street from the slopes and a very short drive into town, the room was convenient, clean and well appointed. The bed and linens were high quality, very nice and comfortable. Communication was simple and easy and the owner responded to my inquiries in a timely fashion. Would definitely stay again and recommend to a friend. Thanks!"

"The curtain rod was pulled off the wall and there was another thing missing a switch. The stairs are very narrow. It’s nice and clean and I loved it had extra towels and pillows. It was nice. The a/c wasn’t really big enough for the place. Upstairs was warm but it was unusually warm at the time. There needs to be a trash dumpster closer. It’s a cute condo. I’d go back! Reasonably priced too! "
